Emblica Officinalis, Amla Herb Benefits, Phyllanthus Emblica Amalaki

Amla, Emblica Officinalis or Phyllanthus Emblica is one of the richest sources of vitamin C on Earth. Amla grows in the season of spring and is hard, light greenish and yellow in color.
