When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail from India and generally take between 10-15 business days for delivery (for International orders).
Is shopping from your website secure?
Yes absolutely. Shopping cart form in which you enter your credit card data is encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Moreover, all credit card information is directly processed by PayPal which means that at no point do we have access to or store any of your credit card information.
Do you accept returns?
We are confident that you will like our products, however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, without the seal broken and in original, saleable condition.
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.

Can I take herbal products with prescription medications?
If you are taking prescription medication and/or currently under treatment by a doctor, we suggest you to consult your doctor before ordering or taking any herbal product.

We do not recommend taking any of herbal products while pregnant or nursing, unless being satisfactorily consulted with your physician.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries except those that do not allow herbal items or where packages get returned or go missing.
Is shipping really free worldwide?
Yes. The price you see is your final price. No additional charges.
Do you have any retail locations?
Currently we only sell products through websites and have no retail locations. All our products, along with detailed product information and descriptions, can only be found online at our websites.
How can I buy your products in India?
If you are an Indian customer and want delivery of your orders items in India, you are requested to contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to buy our products in Indian prices. Please mention the products names and quantities you want to purchase while contacting our customer support team.
In India, we send our products through EMS (Express Mail Service) Speed Post. It normally takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver products to you anywhere in India.
Indian customers can make payment through online money transfer in our bank account, cash deposit in our bank account, postal money order, cheque or demand draft.
